Our Delivery Service

Our delivery system is specifically set up to cater for a highly seasonal area of the Country. We are based in Poole, Dorset. Ideal to reach the highly seasonal Dorset coastline. 96% of our orders are delivered within 48 hours.

Order Capture

To reduce errors we use an online ordering system, contained on this website, which went live in early 2024. You will need a trading account to use this. Please contact us as this can be set up within 24 hours.

Essentially all orders placed from Monday to Thursday are completed by Friday.
Each week as orders come in, we design the most environmentally friendly and efficient method of delivery. However the general delivery matrix is as follows.

Delivery days for BH post codes are Tuesday and Wednesday. DT post codes are delivered Thursday. That leaves Monday and Friday for the emergency orders, large pre-orders and one-off deliveries. The New Forest is delivered on a Wednesday. We are an approved supplier to Bournemouth (BCP) Council and have worked with them since 2010.

Emergency Orders

If your order is an emergency you will need to ring us and speak to us during office hours, to organise the best solution to get the wine to you. We are flexible but sometimes if all vehicles are committed, same day deliveries are impossible.

Collections are always possible, please phone ahead with your order. We do get very busy, so giving us an hours notice will save you waiting around whilst your order is picked. You can collect any time 11.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday.

Deliveries are made using our own fleet of vans.
