The Blanco uses newly approved varietals including a smidgeon of Sauvignon to add some zest to the Viura dominated blend. Delicious! Their Flagship wine, Finca el Tordillo is reserved for very special customers..and yes we stock it!

Langham Estate, Dorset, England
In April 2020 Templar Wines entered an agreement with Langham Estates to supply Langham’s existing direct restaurant trade business in Dorset.
As winegrowers, Langham Estates pride themselves in crafting terroir-driven sparkling wines using grapes only grown on their Dorset vineyard. Located east of Dorchester, their 11 hectare, south facing, vineyard was planted in 2009 with a mixture of Chardonnay, Pinot noir and Pinot Meunier. Their chalk soils endow the wines with a fresh, saline character and by reducing inputs both in the vineyard and winery these characteristics trully express the local terroir.
Their wines are fermented in a mixture of Burgundy barrels and stainless steel vats and left on the yeast lees over winter then bottled in late spring without filtration and with minimal sulphur dioxide.
