Ruby colour. Expressive and elegant on the nose where notes of spiced aromas of oak are mixed with aromatics of ripe fruit. It is a warm wine, round and long with good acidity and tannins.
Aromatically this has a really inviting and vibrant fresh fruit expression of dark cherries, red plums, baking spices, with gently floral notes. The palate focuses on fruit but with enough tannin to give structure, a good length finish, and gentle oaky notes.
Ruby red in colour with blackberries, cherries and subtle chocolate aromas on the nose. The palate is oozing fresh summer fruit with notes of cinnamon.
Violet inflected dark-berried fruits dominate, with slight touches of black pepper. Concentrated on the palate with notable depth of fruit giving volume. It is well structured, and the tannins are soft and harmonious. Long finish with notes of coffee
A rich wine endowed with considerable depth. Plums, blackberries, exotic spices, mocha and licorice are all woven together in this imposing, structured wine. Il Pino di Biserno is 40% Cabernet Franc, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot
The bouquet is fruity (strawberry, blackcurrant) with woody notes of dried fruits and coffee. The mouth is generous, expressive and right. A beautiful tension on the finish finale with the acidity and the tannins.
