This is a half day Training Course, which can be run with a minimum of 4 people. It can be run at Templar Wines offices or at your business.
The objective is for attendees to create a new wine list for their business which maximises the potential for staff to upsell on their wine list
By the end of the session attendees will be able to:
Calculate Selling prices using a Gross Profit formula
Calculate cash profit by bottle and glass
Construct a wine list using a flavour wheel
Construct a balanced wine list which maximises choice for consumers and Gross Profit for retailers
Create ladders of improving value using escalating varietal quality
Indentify hot spots in outlet to merchandise and encourage wine sales
Create opportunities on wine lists to “Upsell”
All we ask you to do is bring yourself, a calculator (or lap top/ipad) your wine list and last 2 months wine purchases ( or sales).
Course Cost: £300 per person or 2 Free places per year when using Templar Wines as your main wine supplier
